Takashi obtained a veterinary license in Japan.

He conducted researches on nutrition, immunity, and oxidative stress in dairy cows at Cornell University, where he got both master and doctoral degrees with Dr. Tom Overton as the advisor. Then he published five first-author papers in academic journals.

After four years of clinical experience as a large animal veterinarian, he engaged in research, development, and promotion of dairy cattle nutrition for more than 20 years in the feed additive industry.

After serving as the country president of a feed additive supplier, he started "Daily Consulting Inc." in July 2020.
